Deep Tissue Massage
Duration: 60 minutes or 90 minutes
Includes a variety of techniques to relieve tension, increase range of motion and help to relieve pain. Can include stretching, myofascial release and the use of Hypervolt percussion massage tool.
Hot Stone Massage
Duration: 90 minutes
Reconnect with yourself by experiencing our unique and soothing Hot Stone Massage.Your therapist will apply heated basalt stones with warm massage oil to your Swedish Massage. Relieves tension and loosens your tired muscles. An amazing Hot Stone Massage will melt away your stress. Something you need to experience to believe!
Cupping Massage
Duration: 15 minutes, 30 minutes or 60 minutes
Cupping therapy is an ancient form of alternative medicine. A gentle suction of the cup is applied so that the cup glides over the body. Placing a series of cups on your body which decompresses soft tissue using vacuum suction. It helps with pain, inflammation, relaxation. Massage cupping (moving the cups around) during the massage is used to create blood flow to the area which creates the healing process.
Prenatal Massage
Duration: 60 minutes
Reduce anxiety, decrease symptoms of depression, relieve muscle aches and joint pains, and improve labor outcomes and newborn health.
